Georges is a screenwriter whose career and love life are going simultaneously down the tubes. He drinks too much, he smokes too much. Physically, he’s a wreck. One Christmas Eve, Georges shambles through the streets, drunk and depressed. Suddenly, a storm breaks overhead and lightning crackles down on him. Next day, when he wakes up, Georges has strange tingling feelings. He hears an inner voice (Rex) talking to him. Gradually, Rex takes control of Georges’ body.
