Brooklynin pahin nynny Chris (Chris Sharp) löytää Halloween päivänä kadulta kutsun Murhabileet-naamiaisjuhliin. Chris päättää osallistua kutsuihin ja kotona hän pikaisesti väsää pahvista jeesusteipin avulla itselleen ritariasun. Chris saapuu ajoissa juhliin, tietämättä, että nämä eivät olekaan tavalliset Halloween-juhlat, vaan juhlien tarkoitus on kirjaimellisesti murhata hänet. Chris kolkataan ja sidotaan tuoliin odottamaan vuoroaan juhlien kohokohtana. Juhlat ovat sekopäisen taideopiskelijakollektiivin järjestämä murhaperformanssi, jolla he haluavat tehdä vaikutuksen ultrasnobiin taidemesenaatti Alexanderiin. Tämä taideintoilija on luvannut heille kasapäin rahaa, jos heidän murhavideonsa säväyttävät häntä. Pahviin sonnustautuneena ja kumimiekalla aseistautuneena Chrisin on taisteltava läpi murhanhimoisten taideopiskelijoiden. A mostly conversational horror comedy that’s interesting and entertaining only rarely, but with a shorter second part that becomes an almost unexpected carnage that improves the overall impression. At the beginning you can see the efforts to build some sort of atmosphere, which collapses the moment the film shifts its focus to the group of lunatics. There’s much better horror and much better comedies out there (and horror comedies), but Murder Party is still worth a go, it’s not that bad.

The American film Murder Party has a bit more to it, but from my perspective, even that wasn't enough. There is some pretty good black humor in it, but there's not a single scene where I would say that it was actually great and that I had fun with it. That’s also the way I feel about the entire film. It’s something that simply doesn't excite you. You might even finish it, you won't even curse too much at the film, but in the end, you'll find that it didn't do anything for you.
