Slipping past the riot, Sasuke arrives at Jugo's cell. But Jugo refuses to be released, even going as far as to say he rather die a lonely death than to leave the hideout. Jugo then resigns himself to his homicidal impulse, and enters the battle against Sasuke, and later Suigetsu. As the fight intensifies, a familiar shadow runs through Jugo's mind.
