Zackie Achmat is the leader of the TAC, the organisation that fights for affordable AIDS medication for the more than four million, mostly poor, South Africans who have the disease. Zackie, a homosexual and coloured, has been a carrier of the HIV virus for ten years. (International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam)
