L'Arrivée

A part of Peter Tscherkassky’s CinemaScope trilogy, this experimental short manipulates classically-shot found footage into an explosive cacophony of sound and images. Evoking the origins of cinema, the film also deconstructs the innate artificiality of the medium by playfully tugging at its seams. (MUBI)
