My Second Brother

The father of four dies in a chaotic coal strike. When two brothers and two sisters are left to fend for themselves, they learn that troubles never come singly. Kiichi (Hiroyuki Nagato), the eldest of the Yasumotos, gets laid off from work. Jobs are scarce and wages are at its lowest. The siblings dream of better lives - They decide to part ways. (Nikkatsu)
