englanti For this duo, this is indeed a slightly weaker film, but there are still scenes that are simply enjoyable. The two of them get along so well, at least cinematically, that you eat up whatever characters they're playing. Thanks to them, even as a staunch atheist, I managed to digest the religious themes, which are equally turned upside down. The moralizing isn't great, but even that manages to be undermined with humor. ()

englanti A relaxed affair, at times interestingly different from the usual films by Spencer and Hill. I liked the revelation of G.'s father's past, the treatment of the sick, and of course the classic battles, which this time (except for the sped-up shots in the final one) were without unnecessary gags. I think the story of Turn the Other Cheek is also solid, although it doesn't come up with anything new or surprising. This time, the Italian madness has given way to a slightly calmer atmosphere, and that's a good thing. The film is funny anyway (Father Pedro and his anesthesia later used to keep the villains asleep). ()
