Mohammadi’s second film tells the story of the artistic crisis facing young filmmaker Amin, who is trying to recover lost time. His creativity and desire to make a movie get wedged somewhere between the walls and gardens of a remote village on the bank of a river. The lingering movement of people and events occurs out of shot. It’s clear that perhaps only by hurling himself into the abyss will he encounter material for his new film. And, together with the river, Amin comes back to life and cries: “I’m here!” (Karlovy Vary International Film Festival)
