When a young woman is found strangled and dumped in a local swimming hole, Rush and the detectives realize that this new crime mirrors the unsolved murder of a 12-year-old girl who was killed in 1989 during a sleepover at the home of troubled teenager, Brandi (Carly Schroeder).
