Rush reopens a cold case when she receives a cryptic phone call from an anonymous man who claims he murdered his grandmother in 1989 and buried her in the basement of his former home. After Rush and the team locate the body and determine the caller's name to be James Hogan (Jake Bern), she tries to get James to reveal why he's suddenly confessing 14 years after the murder.
