Season 1 - 75% - Although I am far from being a pure-blooded Star Wars fan, as soon as I hear the characteristic sound of igniting a lightsaber, I cannot miss it. And because there are plenty of lightsaber duels in Clone Wars, and the ideas in them are not spared (impressive duel in the rain), I had no problem with the plot or the dialogues. Simply Star Wars in animated form, with everything and perhaps even with a sprinkle of childish enthusiasm. Season 2 - 60% - More complex, but also noticeably more tiresome. Grievous is amazing and Anakin's knighting as a Jedi Master takes one's breath away, but it's all actually just about prolonged kidnapping of Palpatine and the philosophical (and ultimately unnecessary) purification of young Skywalker. The excitement from the animation and constant action unexpectedly quickly turns into a stereotype.
