Do you know what I find fascinating about deserts? Absolutely nothing. The heat isn't my thing, so a desert trip ranks as enjoyable as a mandatory stay in a psychiatric hospital. In my last review, I praised the nice pacing and intriguing plot of the previous episode, but the second one left me feeling less enthused. While it might have resonated with some claustrophobic viewers, for me, it was a bit of a snooze fest with an uninspired plot and a highly predictable ending. It's clear that straying from the excellent source material had consequences. Well, sometimes things just don't click. / No lessons this time, just a burning question: How on earth does a scorpion manage to climb up a smooth plastic surface?
