Pierre comes with his improvisation comedy group to a conference of a pharmaceutical company to entertain its employees. His performance particularly captivates Claire, who feels affection for him, despite her long marriage. Sad romance with comic elements shows an impulsive affair of two people with different personalities and views. A short touch of happiness and excitement is spoiled by the awareness of the imminent end and return to the dullness of her own life.
