What if you lost your memory? What if a spy didn’t know they were a spy? Years ago, the top agents of Citadel, Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Priyanka Chopra Jonas), had their minds wiped. But, they’re called back to action as sinister forces emerge from the past. With the help of spymaster Bernard Orlick (Stanley Tucci), these former lovers must remember the past to save the future. englanti In its better moments, it's like the best South American soap operas. At its worse, it's an embarrassing void. Either way, it's pretty ugly. ()

englanti The biggest disappointment of the year, the biggest joke and a scam! Amazon lured viewers to one of the most expensive series (an almost 300 million USD budget) and to the directors, the Russo Brothers (Avengers). We expected a spectacular action spy rom and in the end get a nasty looking spy drama with almost no proper action, directed by someone else entirely. That's a decent kick in the balls for the viewer. The first two episodes are okay, there are some decent contact fights and action was not spared, but the next four episodes were unfortunately woeful. The acting is OK. Richard Madden is likeable, Priyanka Chopra is hot, and Roland Møller is great anywhere, but that's about it. The plot is uninteresting and also quite boring, the soap opera-like twists are laughable, visually it doesn't really look very spectacular, I really don't know where the money went (there are no big stars or spectacular action scenes, ironically most of the time it's more about having a conversation or solving something uninteresting). The fact that the finale doesn't even lead to something bigger is already a question mark, and why it ends up being directed by some cameraman and director with no experience instead of the Russo brothers, I don't understand at all. I don't recommend it, and I'm usually very merciful to action movies, but this is a missfire. ()
