R. Does Not Answer Anymore

A film about independent radio stations in Belgium, France, Italy, and Switzerland that were created as subversive alternatives to the official media – whether public or commercial. The Dardenne brothers visit the pioneers of such broadcasting and take an interest in equipment as well as in people.
